Punctuation

Click here to play ‘Punctuation’. The idea of this game is to correctly punctuate all of the sentences by shooting punctuation marks at the red boxes in the sentences. Use the red arrows to choose punctuation marks, the yellow arrows to position the punctuation shooter and press the ‘Splat’ button to shoot the punctuation marks. Enjoy! :)

End of Term Five

Well done for all of your hard work during the SATs this week - the tests that have been marked so far show how hard everyone has worked since the beginning of the year.

Next Term is going to be very exciting; we’re going to be writing spooky stories, learning more about the ancient Egyptians and Miss Price and I are planning on taking you on a woodland walk to learn about the different places that animals live.

Have a great week off and enjoy spending time with your families. :)

Our school’s new website has been online now for almost two months, and Miss Price and I are interested in your feedback about it. If you have a spare ten minutes, please visit the school website by clicking here and then let us know how you feel about it by taking the website survey here.

Next week in literacy we are going to be learning and writing about ancient Egyptian embalming (what the Egyptians did to dead bodies). Have a look at the websites below to learn about embalming and mummification.

You wouldn’t want to be an Egyptian mummy!

I hope that you all have a restful long weekend. :)
