Do Something Different week and Jabberwocky

I hope that you all enjoyed Do Something Different week. Can you please spend time this weekend collecting sponsorship money - on Monday we will total up the number of points you received during the week.

Do Something Different week

Next week is ‘Do Something Different week’.

  • On Tuesday please come to school ready to tell the class an interesting fact about an animal;
  • On Wednesday you will learn a new game;
  • On Friday please come to school with mad hair. You will be spending Friday afternoon with a different teacher.

During the week you will be awarded points for the different activities you take part in and the amount of fruit and vegetables you eat (with more points being given if you try new fruits/vegetables for the first time).

Circuits and Conductors

To install the ‘Phun’ application that I showed you today, follow the below instructions. Before you download software from the internet, please check with the computer owner that he/she is happy for you to do so.

  • Click here
  • Click on ‘Save’ or ‘Save File’ (this will download an installer file)
  • Double click on the ‘Phun_beta_3_12′ installer file that is downloaded
  • Click on ‘Next’ four times in a row
  • Click on ‘Install’
  • Click on ‘Finish’

‘Phun’ will then be added to the Start Menu and will appear on your computer’s desktop. If you get stuck installing the program, ask an adult for help. Enjoy! :)
